Use of cookies
We use cookies on our website. Cookies are small text files that can be stored and read in the Internet browser or by the Internet browser on the user’s computer system. They make it possible to store information for a certain period of time and to identify the visitor’s computer. This facilitates navigation and makes our website more user-friendly. Cookies also help us to identify particularly popular areas of our website. A distinction is made between session cookies, which are deleted as soon as you close your browser, and permanent cookies, which are stored beyond the individual session.

Some cookies are required to use our website. We do not use these cookies for analysis, tracking or advertising purposes. Some of these cookies only contain information about certain settings and are not personal. They may also be necessary to enable user guidance, security and implementation of the site. The legal basis for the processing of the data is Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. f) GDPR. We have a legitimate interest in being in contact with users of the website and responding to requests addressed to us. If the request is aimed at the conclusion of a contract, Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. b) GDPR is also the legal basis for data processing.

How to apply
You can apply for open positions at MOGoil by sending an e-mail to jobs@mogoil.com. Your application data will be forwarded to the persons responsible for the application process. There is also the
right to restriction of processing if one of the conditions specified in Art. 18 GDPR applies and, in the cases of Art. 20 GDPR, the right to data portability. If the processing of data is based on your consent, you are entitled to withdraw your consent to the use of your personal data at any time in accordance with Art. 7 GDPR. A revocation does not affect the legality of the processing carried out on the basis of the consent until the revocation. Every data subject also has the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority if they believe that the processing of their data violates data protection regulations (Art. 77 GDPR).

Right to object
In cases in which we process your personal data on the legal basis of Art. 6 para. 1 sentence 1 lit. e) or f) GDPR, you have the right to object at any time for reasons arising from your particular situation.
